Your role

Our customers trust us to help them solve one of the most critical challenges in their business: planning more effectively and accurately. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and responsible for guiding some of the world’s most forward-thinking fashion brands through the successful adoption of our platform. You’ll be the technical bridge between our product and our customers’ operations. You’ll work hands-on with customer data, systems, and workflows, ensuring every implementation runs smoothly and delivers measurable results.

This role is for you if you’re excited to:

• Partner with customers through onboarding and early adoption, ensuring our platform delivers clear value to their teams.
• Educate teams on how to use the Hakio forecast and platform effectively in their day-to-day planning.
• Own the technical onboarding of new customers, from configuration and data integration to workflow setup.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers optimize forecasting, inventory, and replenishment processes.
• Own the success metrics, ensuring customers see real, measurable impact.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Customer Success to improve the platform and commercial offering.

We're looking for

• Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to managing technical projects.
• Strong communication skills. You have the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in consulting or a role requiring strategic problem-solving and technical change management skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and moving projects forward.
• Hands-on experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory operations is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English, as we are a multilingual team working with customers worldwide.
• Most importantly, you care about customers and want to help them succeed.
