You might also have heard that you talk a lot. You know how to tell an engaging story, you’re convincing, and you can turn a complex or highly technical topic into something anyone can understand.

People thrive in your company. Probably because of your positive attitude and ability to instill hope in others. You’re great at building relationships with people of all ranks and expertise because of your genuine interest in getting to know them and how you can help solve their problems.

You'll thrive here if you have:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
  • Excellent people skills. You’re able to explain complex concepts clearly and build solid relationships.
  • A background in consulting or a role requiring strategic problem-solving and technical change management skills.
  • Confidence in owning the technical onboarding of new customers, from configuration and data integration to workflow setup.
  • A knack for gathering customer feedback and collaborating with Product, Commercial, and Customer Success to improve the platform and commercial offering.
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory operations is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English, as we are a multilingual team working with customers worldwide.
