You’ve been told that you always see the big picture. You have a natural ability to go from detail to birds-eye-view and back while pushing complex projects forward. 

You might also have heard that you talk a lot. You know how to tell an engaging story, you’re convincing, and you can turn a complex topic into something anyone can understand. You have your eyes on the future and often get people excited about what’s coming, rather than getting stuck on the past.

People thrive in your company. Probably because of your positive attitude and ability to instill hope in others. You’re great at building relationships with people of all ranks and expertise because of your genuine interest in getting to know them and what is of importance to them.

And your seniority? We’re growing the Solutions team quickly, so we’re hiring across levels.

• If you’re early in your career (1–2 years of experience), you’ll be learning fast, taking on responsibility, and executing efficiently and independently.
• If you’re more experienced (3–5+ years), you’ll have more ownership, help set direction, and play a key role in scaling how we work.

You'll thrive here if you have

• A background in consulting, where you’ve sharpened your strategic problem-solving and change management skills.
• Ideally, you have experience applying the consulting toolbox in areas of process design, business requirements gathering, operating model transformation, and driving business value from digital implementations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Excellent people skills. You’re able to explain complex concepts clearly and build solid relationships.
• Confidence in taking ownership, working independently and in a team, and moving projects forward.
• Hands-on experience in fashion operations, supply chain, planning, or inventory operations is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English, as we are a multilingual team working with customers worldwide.
