You might also have heard that you talk a lot. You know how to tell an engaging story, you’re convincing, and you can turn a complex topic into something anyone can understand. You have your eyes on the future and often get people excited about what’s coming, rather than getting stuck on the past.

People thrive in your company. Probably because of your positive attitude and ability to instill hope in others. You’re great at building relationships with people of all ranks and expertise because of your genuine interst in getting to know them and what is of importance to them.

You'll thrive here if you have

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
  • Excellent people skills. You’re able to explain complex concepts clearly and build solid relationships.
  • A background in consulting or a role requiring strategic problem-solving and technical change management skills.
  • Confidence in taking ownership, working independently, and moving projects forward.
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory operations is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English, as we are a multilingual team working with customers worldwide.
