Your responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying leads (in close collaboration with our skilled BDR team), to running tailored demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence, ensuring all relevant decision-makers are engaged.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Data Science, Customer Success) to bring the right expertise into each stage of the customer journey.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities in the fashion and retail industry.
- Represent Hakio at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
You'll thrive here if you have:
- A proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS or data/AI-driven solutions.
- Experience with complex sales cycles and guiding multi-stakeholder buying teams.
- Strong business acumen. You understand how organizations operate, where value is created, and how to position solutions that matter. Industry experience in fashion/retail/supply chain is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English is required; an additional language is a strong plus.
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to own your pipeline and exceed targets.
