Why we're here
At Hakio, we combat global waste in logistics, production, and consumption of fashion. Our platform helps brands like Hummel, Carhartt, and Organic Basics make better, faster, and more accurate decisions. This reduces overproduction and avoids lost sales due to poor stock visibility.
It’s good for business, and great for the planet.
And we’re a startup, meaning we’re always evolving. We think change is exciting - it keeps us on our toes. While some of us love sticking to a good plan more than others, a common trait is that we’re not afraid to shake things up when we learn something new.
Let's talk about you!
You notice details others might miss and have a strong sense for simple, intuitive design. Complex workflows don’t scare you. You're motivated by turning them into experiences that feel effortless. You thrive in collaboration, but you’re also confident taking a design from idea to implementation independently.
Curiosity and positivity drive you. People enjoy working with you because you push projects forward with energy and conviction.
You'll thrive here if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design from a job, internship, or freelance work.
- High confidence in Figma, including prototyping and design systems.
- A portfolio that shows both creativity and interaction design skills.
- Interest in testing designs with users and an instinctive eagerness to learning from feedback.
- Great communication and collaboration skills - you enjoy talking your way to solutions with sharp teammates.
- Fluency in English - we're a multilingual team working with customers worldwide.
We offer
- A high-impact startup environment where you’ll learn quickly and take ownership early.
- Collaboration with talented designers, developers, and product managers who care deeply about building a great product.
- Direct sparring with our Lead Designer to accelerate your growth.
- A culture of continuous learning and curiosity, regardless of seniority, where we grow and celebrate wins together.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with a base in our HQ in Aarhus N
- Team events, health insurance, incredible lunch, snacks, and more.
Don’t tick all the boxes? That’s okay. We care more about your mindset than a perfect CV.
Apply by sending your resume and portfolio to [email protected]. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis. We look forward to hearing from you!
