In this role, you'll partner with our Enterprise Account Executives to drive a tailored sales process: mapping clients' needs, designing the right solution, and owning the handover that sets them up for success from day one.

You've spent time on the operator side of fashion, in planning, buying, or inventory, and you know firsthand how decisions ripple through a business. That background is what makes you credible in the room, and what makes our customers trust you fast.
You're energized by customer interaction. You're genuinely curious about how businesses work, and the people you meet feel that. When you're talking to a demand planner or a COO, you naturally adapt. Speaking their language, understanding their pressures, and showing how Hakio fits into their world.
You're comfortable at every altitude. You can get deep into the details of a client's workflow and then pull back to make the strategic case, often in the same meeting. Complexity doesn't intimidate you; it interests you.
And when it's time to present, you're compelling. You turn complexity into clarity, whether that's a sharp pitch at a trade show or a fully customized solution deck ready for a prospect's final review.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Hands-on experience in fashion & apparel operations, planning, or inventory — you know the world our customers live in.
- Strong project management skills to design recommended solutions in close collaboration with our Customer Solutions team.
- Elegance in owning the customer handover at onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to successful start.
- The tech-savviness to understand an enterprise platform in depth and communicate its value with ease, including representing Hakio as a specialist at conferences and events.
- Confidence working independently, taking initiative, and driving projects forward without needing a detailed playbook.
- Fluency in English, as we're a multilingual team working with customers worldwide
