Get to Know Our Data Recipients
Hakio is a B2B forecasting and planning platform built specifically for fashion and retail brands.
Our platform processes structured commercial and operational data — including products, inventory, sales, production, and forecasting datasets. We do not process consumer-level end-customer data.
To operate the platform securely, reliably, and at scale, Hakio works with a limited number of carefully selected infrastructure and technology providers. These partners support hosting, authentication, communication, analytics, and AI-assisted features.
All providers are subject to GDPR-compliant data processing agreements and security standards. Customer data is hosted within the European Union (Google Cloud, Frankfurt). Certain AI-assisted features rely on Anthropic, which may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Hakio primarily processes:
- Product data
- Inventory data
- Sales data
Limited personal data processed:
- Business user name
- Work email address
- Authentication metadata
- Support communication records
Hakio does not process consumer-level end-customer data.
- EU data residency
- Restricted access controls and authentication policies
- Continuous monitoring of infrastructure providers
